I am the primary applicant and the only applicant to be processed. I applied for canadian pr through paper based provincial nominee program and got passport request from cic but my work visa expired a while ago and i had to come back to india. so, now can i send the passport to canadian high commision in india or do i have to send it to the office in ottawa. Please help. Thank you in advance

India is ok. You have to request via email to both Ottawa and selected Indian offices

I can’t because I’m using a phone right now. They are on the IRCC website’s page of visa offices (hint: use Google).
