Hi all.
My husband first landed on Oct 20, 2017. Now Feb 9, 2018, and he has not received his PR card. How do i check to see if still processing or it got lost (as we changed our address but updated it online correctly). What are the actual waiting times for the PR card? it says on the website 60 days, but people say it is more like 4 months or even more.

Please help me what should I do next?

Steps to contact the customer service number from US: (directly calling them via phone does NOT go through)
1. Install Google hangouts on your phone
2. Call 613-944-4000
3. Press 1 to get to immigration support

Have your application and UCI number ready.

Hi. Have you received your PR card? How many days did it take for you to receive it? I landed on March 31 and haven't received it yet.

Yes. I received it already last June 5. It took like 70 days.
