June visa applyed any updates

I applied on 11 June, bangalore. My medical got updated today, hence, people who have applied for 15 June of after, their medical will be updated by end of this week or next week.

My status reads: Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

If u have ur tracking id track it on vfs global website

No, i dont have tracking id.
I think it is only given to offline applicants
Online applications can only be tracked on GCKEY.
My application has completed 7 weeks today. But still only medical passed.
Dont know what to do further.
