If someone got accepted for refugee in Canada, can they apply for their boyfriend who is in their home country as part of their application?

How can she bring him to Canada to be with her???

ok once you are an approved refugee in Canada, you can apply for PR, which will take another 2 years to get.
You can include in that application your dependants - that is children, a husband or wife or common law.
So for your spouse you will need either:
your marriage certificate
or a proof that you have lived together at least one year which will make him a common law.

So if you did that with your boyfriend you can include him in your PR application. Otherwise it is not possible.

He will need to be more than just a boyfriend. If they don't meet the definition of Common law or married, adding him to the PR application would be risky. Don't alter the truth just to get him included in the application and risk her own status.

Thanks for that info. Yes its her boyfriend and been living together in their country for more than 2 years. But that's great advice. Thanks
