Hello Guys

recently got Email from cic

Thank you for making your application to visit Canada! We have received a large number of visitor visa applications from clients wanting to visit Canada at the same time as you.

We want to assure you that your application is in process and is proceeding normally. We continue to process the applications as quickly as possible.

Please remember we will contact you through the contact details you provided if any information is required or when your application is ready to be finalized. We appreciate your patience and ask that you contact our office ONLY if there is a change in:

· your mailing address, e-mail address, or phone number

· your passport

· other NEW information relevant to your application (for example you want to withdraw your application, or you want to add /revoke a representative)

If you need to update your information, send it to our office once, using only one method (Online Account or the Web form on the IRCC website oremail). Please remember it is important to use your V32xxxxxfor any communication with us about this file.

There are some things you can do to help us to process:

§ Create an Online Account to check for status updates, and upload any documents that we request through your online account. Documents submitted this way reach an officer faster. To create an Online Account please note your application number is V32xxxxx and visit our website:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp.

§ Please do not send us documents unless we have requested them. Your application is in queue for processing and sending us information we have not requested pulls resources away from file processing. If we need information, we will contact you.

§ Please send all attachments (for example: new passport information) in PDF format for faster processing.

§ Be patient. Your application is in queue for processing and we will contact you if we need any additional information.

Did you know? Sending case status enquiries or multiple documents takes resources away from file processing, resulting in longer processing times. We know you want to be sure we received your message, but sending us the same information multiple times pulls resources away from file processing, resulting in longer processing times for everyone.

Why do processing times change? Processing times tell you how long it took to process applications in the past after receiving a complete application package. Processing times can vary depending on how many applications we received or if additional documents are required. Not sure if additional documents are required? Remember, if we need information, we will contact you.

While your application is being processed, you can check out some helpful resources to check on your application status, or find responses to frequently asked questions:

· Check processing times on our website:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

· If you applied by online application, you can track your application status online:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp

· If you applied at the Visa Application Centre (VAC), check your status with the VAC at:

o VFS in Indiahttps://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/

o VFS in Nepalhttp://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Nepal/

· If you applied at the VAC, you can register your application and get updates through your online account: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1223&top=3

Hi.. I guess this the normal monthly update for the applicants, you would have subscribed for monthly update on your application in your cic account. So this goes to say that your file is in process.

Nothing urgent here. Somewhere in that email from IRCC is one key advice: Be patient :)
