Though study plan is not required for us, it is mandatory for Abu Dhabi office. I took it (Annex A: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5814E.pdf) as a reference and wrote a page of plan. After being rejected, I added every document I could.
