Dear All

Kindly note that I have been nominated via Quebec nomination programme and I am afraid that my professionacy in French doesn't support me . So I have friends in Manitoba so they told me that I can go and live at their end.

So my question shall I stay in Quebec or I just go to any any provenance after landing there

If you don't reside in the province which nominated you without good reason, you will be guilty of misrepresentation and will not get citizenship.

Do you have a link for the OP where this is specifically stated given as you probably know there is no law that prevents even a nominated PR from relocating to any province once landed as a PR ? The government would prefer someone to successfully establish themselves in Canada even if that means they need to relocate at some point to a province other than the nominated one.

You can relocate after a certain period of time but
You get a pnp nomination based on You signing an intent to reside in a particular province. If you don't reside in the province and move right away without good reason, that is misrepresentation as you signed it.
There is no national law that states a PR holder has to stick to a province. But a province can report you for misrepresentation on your PR application and your PR could be revoked or not eligible for renewal.

True but its usually CIC who has the final say especially in serious accusations which could lead to a PR revocation. So yes the provincial government such as PNP offices can inform that an misrepresentation has occurred to CIC but if there is sufficient amount of evidence which shows that the PR tried to settle in the nominated province but couldn't find a job then it shouldn't be an issue. Rarely, though PNP will come after applicants who have settled outside of their nominated province but in good faith, one should at least stay for 6 to 12 months before moving out of province.
