My ee score is 429, bc pnp(ee) score is 82, keep trying English test every month...not sure when will I get desired score or when does ee, bc pnp score cut off will reach low, any advice for me?
I have 1 year open visa left, currently waiting AOR for my bcpnp paper based application(which means more than 19 more months to go...)
I'm considering to find new job where can support me LMIA for pr but again, not there is no guarantee that i will get positive Lmia, and currently I'm under bcpnp paper based with current employer....thats risky little bit...
Any advice, please thanks!

Yes...as long they don't lower your CRS beyond cut-off point. Also for any major change you might want to add an explanation.
Thank you..I had one more doubt..I have worked with my previous employer for an year butI had to leave the job as I got a new job..I couldn't serve their notice period so they are not giving me any experience lettel but my HOd is ready to give me LOR and I also have payslips..Will that be enough??
Yes. You can attach the business card of your HOD and his email and mobile number for reference and verification.
No that does not work...the person should be currently in service with the company you are seeking letter from.
It was 1year ago since then many people left that job.Thereis no one from the HR who knows me.
In certain scenarios you can submit a self attested document mentioning your duties and roles. But you will also be required to explain that you tried to get the reference letter but the company did not provide you with, which is not the case here. You have no other friend or senior still working there who could help you? If not then I guess I won't have a solution for this. Maybe you can wait for some other senior expert to comment for you.
