1. What is the purpose of your visit? For how long? Do you have a Canadian host?

2. Have you traveled to other visa-required countries such as the US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc? If yes, typically for how long and for what reason?

3. Is this property legally owned by you? Or is it co-owned with another family member?

4. Or have a lease agreement in your name? Leased office? Hired employees? Dependent parents or unmarried siblings?

First, I recommend you defer your plans to visit Canada until you sort the business paperwork for your tourism company. IMO, you do not have a strong application at the moment:
1. Dubai is not considered as travel history. The visa officer will question why you want to visit Canada as a first-time traveler.

2. Currently, you will not be able to prove that your business is actively trading.

3. You cannot manage your business finances by using your savings account. Also, the investments in your LIC and Life Insurance cannot be shown as funds available for your visit
