RESTORATION REFUSED. PLEASE HELP NEEDED

I have been a student in canada and recently i applied for my work permit. My work permit was refused because I had a gap in last two semesters of my program of study. Since I lost my status, I again applied for restoration of my status through study permit application. I was refused for my study permit application and restoration was canceled because I didn't attach proper documents. I met MP and they refused to help me through the process. I lost my status right now and its been roughly about a month,

Please help me. I am planning to leave next week. Booked my flight currently. I am planning to re-apply for September 2018 intake from my home country, the processing time is 7 weeks. I am concerned about my application since I have so many rejections on my file.

what are the chances of getting a new study permit and a visa for September intake 2018. I paid fees and have acceptance. All i need to do is go back home and apply. I am still concerned about my approval for my application.??

Also, I met one of my friends lawyer and he advised me to apply for visitor visa under humanitarian grounds by providing a letter from my doctor saying that I am not well/stressed/depressed. Which is true because I have been not well since an year now. I don't want the officer to not be convinced with what I put across him.

I am not sure if I should listen to this lawyer or should i go back and apply again. I have spent a lot of money to be in Canada and I do not want to lose this opportunity.

Any information regarding anything is very much appreciated. Please HELLP..

Your friend's lawyer is an idiot. You can't claim H&C in a visitor app.

No one can tell you if you will be approved for another study permit or not.

I attached final letter from college and later the officer asked for a transcript. When i sent the transcript he refused it.

I didnt provide acceptance letter. But i did attach enrolment letter.

I finished my studies in september 2017 and i applied for work permit in october. My study permit was valid until january.

No one can tell you if you will be approved for another study permit or not.

My permit expired end of January 2018.
I recieved the refusal for work permit in January 15th.

Also, the lawyer said he will be applying for trv not visitor visa.
Should I apply jobs since I am here and leave with a job offer. I am not sure what to do next.

A TRV is a stamp in your passport that allows you to board a commercial carrier to travel to Canada. It has nothing to do with status in Canada. You are far beyond being able to correct your status in Canada and need to leave.

There is no point in applying for jobs. You are currently in Canada illegally with no guarantee you will be able to return.

Unfortunately CIC won't care why a gap happened. The PGWP is either approved or refused based on whether the applicant meets the requirements of the work permit program (i.e. full time program, part time only allowed in last semester, no unscheduled breaks, etc.).

This is what I am wondering. He said after submitting the PGWP application, the visa officer ask for the transcript and then they refused his application, If he did not meet all the requirements at the first time, the visa officer would refuse directly rather than asking for the transcript.

Officer most likely asked for the transcript as a way of confirming the requirements weren't met to qualify for a PGWP. The transcript is a way of confirming full time / part time status.

Last 2 semesters, that is the problem, last semester part time is allowed.

OP was out of status as of January when the PGWP was refused. The 90 day period in which s/he could have applied for Restoration is long past.

You aren’t eligible to apply for a PGWP if you:

• studied in a program that was less than eight months long
• studied for more than eight months but not continuously (for example, you took a semester off)

I think Taking a semester off was your biggest mistake.
