All the best to all the people who got ITA today.

I will also get mine today. I am really happy. I was in the pool from Oct 2017.

1. Missed the draws during those days when it went to 433, 434, 436 etc. because my Spouse ECA was pending

2. After getting the ECA, the scores went up and my CRS was only 437 (IELTS L: 8, R: 7, W: 7, S: 7)

3. Started doing my IELTS again,
2nd Attempt (Feb'18) - L : 8.5 / R : 9 / W : 7 / S : 6.5 / O : 8
3rd Attempt (Mar'18) - L : 8.5 / R : 8.5 / W : 6.5 / S : 7.5 / O : 8
4th Attempt (Apr'18) - L : 8.5 / R : 9 / W : 6.5 / S : 7.5 / O : 8
5th Attempt (May'18) - L : 8.5 / R : 8.5 / W : 7 / S : 7.5 / O : 8

3. Updated my score with IELTS results received on 25.05.18, and my CRS went up to 446. Waited for the draw on 06th Jun. But didn't happen, so Draw CRS went up to 451 on 13th Jun

4. Finally today, i will get my ITA (still waiting for the message) coz the CRS is 442.

Those who did not get ITA yet, do not loose hope. Try your best to increase your scores. All the best to everyone

A bit confused about this tie breaking rule: Tie-breaking rule: January 28, 2018 at 21:06:11 UTC

Could someone pls enlighten me??

The one's with a CRS score of 442 who have created their profile on or before January 28, 2018 at 21:06:11 UTC will receive an ITA in today's draw. The one's who have created their profile after, will have to wait for the subsequent draws and their profile will still be in the pool. Cheers!

score will most probably wont come down to 438 this year considering the super traffic that is entering the pool with such high scores. CIC will meet their target even without making the score go below to 440. I would say even OINP is a tough call but if one gets the NOI, its the ultimate lottery for 438 and bellows.

I am at 448 n just waiting for my confirmation (I know it can take 24 hrs )....Meanwhile, I am wondering if it is possible to change the NOC post ITA without any prejudice.

The situation is that I put NOC 1212(Supervisors,finance and insurance office workers) but I am still waiting for the reference letter.....I suspect that the company might put the job duties more related w another NOC (1431 - Accounting and related clerks). If this is the case, may I change my NOC and explain in the LOE? Or should I decline ITA and wait for next round w the updated profile??

I have seeing several threads and too many different views....I appreciate any opinion.

Yes, you can. But make sure it is of skill type 0, A or B. And explain via LoE.
