Checked ESAC couple days after it said Medical PASS

Since then I have seen nothing change on my ESAC

You really think so. Our 2 year anniversary is aug 6 and I'm traveling the 3rd of August.. But we have been together since 2011 and share 2 daughters. One of our daughters is actually chilling with him to keep him company but she starts JK in Sept so I also have to bring her up when I'm returning so I know that will be hard on him to see her go... Lord Help Me

He’lp definitely be approved by that time. Lately they’ve been giving the visa on spot so as he gets the interview call its a go

Update on dependent sponsorship:

KVO requested the passport and her mom’s death certificate on the 12th of June which we sent on the 13th. They called us on Monday because we sent the burial certificate instead of the death. Unfortunately now we’re waiting to register it at RGD which should be ready on Friday so we’re picking up Friday morning and expressing it the same morning to the KVO. We had booked her ticket for the 29th but I’m pretty sure we will have to change the flight. Right now we’re kicking ourselves because if it wasn’t for the death certificate, we’re almost certain that we would’ve gotten her passport back this week. My husband is hopeful that we’ll have the passport by Wednesday the 27th but I highly doubt it.

My dear send them an email explaining the fact you book the ticket already. When it comes to these situation Kingston office are really good. Death Certificate or burial order? Its just mere technicalities

Thank you. I took your advice and emailed them. Now hoping for the best. I included the fact that I would like to register her for high school since registration was back in February.

AOR 2 - KVO started processing app on May 31, no updates and medical is passed. I looked back in the threads from Jun to Sept 2017, and KVO did not request interviews in those months, it was pretty quiet until the middle of Sept and that is when interview requests started
