I would really appreciate if you guys could give me some feedback on whether the letter is easily understandable and is good enough ?

In this role, Jamil looked after the telecom rollout in West Zone of Bangladesh. His main responsibilities included the following:
- Plan installation works of telecom equipment and infrastructures by liaising with senior managers and telecom rollout vendors to
- Organize the project charter, milestones, delivery timeline, process flow, handover checklist, etc. for the telecom installation works.
- Ensure the timely delivery of work by using various project management tools and methods.
- Evaluate the implemented installations to ensure that quality of the work delivered meets the compliance regulations set by the national telecommunication and regulatory body.
- Analyze the data to find out optimization scopes in work flow and resource allocation. Suggest improvement areas based on the analysis.
- Work with cross functional team to establish and evaluate policies for better delivery of telecommunication service.
Designation: Senior System Engineer - Access Network Projects
Tenure: Aug,2015 - Feb,2016
Key Responsibilities:
Jamil was promoted to this role from his previous role as Management Trainee. His key responsibilities for this role were same as his previous role but the scope of work increased. He looked after telecom rollout of Grameenphone Ltd. for both North and West Zone of Bangladesh.
Designation: Senior Executive, Digital Self Service Analysis
Tenure: February,2016 - February,2017
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders and users - to understand business flow, gather requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents.
- Understand “as- is” product and design “to-be” product. Perform gap analysis on the existing product in order to incorporate the feature requirements from stakeholders, business users and relevant roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into functional specification documents for developers, estimate the effort and timeline for the delivery.
- Explain business requirements and functional specifications to technical development team and testing teams. Support them in the overall development and testing process until the final release.
- Actively take part in system integration and testing phase as to ensure that the developed systems were properly tested to meet business requirements
- Liaise with all project stakeholders, developers and QA to ensure timely delivery and release of the mobile application.

Key Responsibilities:
After being promoted to this role, in addition to the responsibilities of his previous role as Senior Executive, Digital Self Service- Jamil carried out the following duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in order to understand short term and long term business strategy and goals. Work on the mobile application feature development strategy to achieve these business goals.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholder as the single point of contact (SPOC) for integration with other internal IT systems and external IT platforms.
- Conduct research and analyze the business data from different platforms. Create automated reports and visualizations from this data to monitor the performance and system health.
- Analyze business data to identify growth and optimization opportunities in order to ensure better service delivery.
