Hi we are in the same VO. That's great of you. Mine hasn't got background started yet, been told by the Reps. The ECAS shows in process from Jan until now... I don't have any clue what's going on there...

Yes, I noticed that too, hahaha. And your application is about 2 weeks later than ours. Our applications did not have any update until 3 weeks ago, So I am sure you will get news about your background check in process soon too

Hi , Our background check started on Jun 5 . And I checked ECAS on June 18, the status changed from " in process" to "decision made". However in GC key it is still " background check in process"......Did you check ECAS? Do you mind to let me know what day your background check started and whether you have DM in ECAS yet?

I think bc started on 25th of may sth. Almost month ago. No decision made for now on both method. But every case is different. Mine could be little problematic. So have to wait, i guess.

How do you know bc has started? From gckey? My Ecas shows in process since Jan...I dont know whether bc has started or not...

congratulation you will get a ppr soon now and you are not the only one having this problem i have seen some other applicants sharing the same thing. which month applicant you are?

The Rep sent us a screen shot in May, which says on the Background check line: Your application is in process. We will send you a message when we start your background check. So that I understand is BC hasn't started yet, right? Thank you.

It would be “ background check in progress not in process. And yes it mean they have not started yet
