Good point. Yes big competition for HCP also. So even that will be tricky....
This system is still evolving and still it has many bugs. One of the flaws you will see in eAPR where your total CRS increases if you have a masters degree but ECA report gives you Canadian bachelors equivalency. System takes original education level into consideration instead of ECA equivalency.
Will it come down to last year's lowest of 413 this year as well or not?
Your chance of getting in in the next round is quite big. But if you don't, you'll definitely get in the next couple of draws. So I wouldn't worry if I were you.

I am about to submit my application for PR under the noc 1221. my job title is Administrative officer.. can anyone help me and tell me if the below written job duties match with noc 1221..
Ø Assign work and provide directions to office staff and ensures that assigned work is completed.
Ø Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and implement new administrative processes and policies.
Ø Determine and establish work priorities, office procedures and routines.
Ø Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Ø Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies and forms.
Ø Monitors and evaluates the performance and efficiency of department staff and reports to senior management:
Ø Maintaining company calendar, schedule appointments and meetings.
Ø Preparing monthly reports of office expenses and budgets.
Ø Organizing office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
Transcribe and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Please help me guys any help would be appreciated....

That doesn't sound like a bug from the technical point of view of a professional software developer. You only provide the ECA number, you can't expect the system to know everything about you using that number when you haven't submit the eAPR. That will violate privacy rule since you haven't authorize them to do so, which will be at the very very end of the whole process.
The bug is they are sending ITA to the guys with less score than the cut-off if that fantasy is true as someone claimed.
In your opinion, should I insert in EE profile (Pre ITA) my Bachelor (NO ECA) or not?
Or I can simply put only the Master (ECA) in EE profile and later (POST ITA) I insert Bachelor under Personal History (Without having to send any doc related to it)?
As per table there were 17,666 profiles above 420. Plus don't know how many 420+ are added daily (maybe 300-400). Hence, as of now seems impossible.
