I got an update today as my Visa got refused due to ‘you have not provided IELTS score card for English language testing’ but I have provided my PTE score card.. could some one give me suggestion what’s the next step??

I am here, have not been online for a while now. Nope still waiting since April 13th. Dont worry, will definitely post it here irrespective of the results whether positive or otherwise.
Already sent a webform and an application through the vfs office as well still nothing. I applied on 27th MarchSubmit webform and you will get revert soon
I too did that. Applied on 28th March and got visa on 29th May.

bro i applied on 27 april online under spp till now no response only medicals passed and review of eligibility started on 11 may, whrn can i expect a response
