no need to send ECA unless they ask,
I never submitted any ECA except federal one. I did not send it twice

It's stated clearly in the guidelines. It's a compulsory requirement. You must order a duplicate ECA report to be sent directly to OINP. Your application is not complete until you do this!

I got nominated, got the invite, currently in police clearance in CIC, medical passed.
will get my stamping in passport may in 3 weeks

When did you submit eAPR? Does the PNP route still take very long?

they did not ask me anything and mine got processed ,
I did not get any request for duplicate ECA.

I am inside Canada already, Also educated at the University of Toronto.

They sent you a mail when u forward them ADR asked by them ..

MaSc and Phd in canada and BS from Uk, I submitted my ECA for BS

nope, you are next in line, they have cleared Mar20 last time they issued.
