GIC REJECTED REFUNDS RELATED

Hello,
i have transferred gic on 15/05/2018 in bank of nova scotia. on saturday 19/05/2018 i got mail from scotia bank that my wire transfer was not accepted due to address mismatch. i want to know that how much time it would take to get money refund in my account so that i could reapply for the same ?
till date i have not received the refund as on 26/05/2018.

When did you apply and when did yoi get the rejection mail? And was your passport address completely different from your Bank address?

I got my rejection mail yesterday yes my passport address was completely different from the address on my application? I’m really worried abt it Wat can I do nd den how can I repay the gic amount ?

I called dem yesterday they said I will take tym around 5 days fr us to. Change ur address Nd 7-10 days for refund.. dats the reason I was asking that is it ryt that it will take 7-10 days or can take more tym?

it will take more time. still i haven't received the refund which was rejected on 19/05/2018. i have pay the gic again and got the certificate after 4 days.
so if you are planning for September intake i recommend that don"t waste time for waiting refund, pay it again and proceed for visa.

wen it happened with you did uh called scotia bank and asked them that how many days will take for refund. because i asked them nd they said it will take 7-8 day.

wen it happened with you did uh called scotia bank and asked them that how many days will take for refund. because i asked them nd they said it will take 7-8 day.

they told me the same thing but when i asked in the bank they said it would take 21-25 days. they have such cases in past two months for which refund was credited in 21-25 days.
if you are lucky you will get it before that time period.
