Linking a PR app

If my partner is sponsoring me, can we link her sponsorship app to my account, as I am the principal applicant? Or do we need to make her a new account? Or does it not matter,Thanks

If you have an account link it to that.

In my case PA (me) has been the only one with anything linked/viewable. Never tried anything under sponsor.
