Anyone got ADR from sgvo on last week ? pls share

Does any body about the new IMM5669e Schedule A form which is released Feb 2018?
Does we need to print and scan the form or put the electronic signature and send it as it is?
Another thing do I need to press the validate button? Once I press the validate button it shows 'Validated yes' under the office use only portion.

the new IMM5669e Schedule A form which is released Feb 2018 - I cannot see this form,
Normally Generic form is like you said!
Anyway if it is said, than you can do like u said

A guy got visa stamped after 20 working days (28 calendar days) submitting passport.

You can provide your old one since you already paid it at The submission. You write some explain that you paid it and specify the amounts you paid for you and your spouse together with application processing fee (do some calculations to show them) , attach it as the 1st page of the RPRF document (the 2nd page is the invoice including RPRF).
Also You can write an Enquiry or email to your VO to explain that you paid RPRF together with processing fee at submission and shows them the proof (invoice). And you can ask them now can you upload the existing invoice? They will response you (SGVO replied me after 2 days only) that you can upload it or they can do it for you.

Thank you for your reply. I have raised a query along with fee payment receipt to HKVO. still no response. Is there anyway to ask CIC to replace the old RPRF fee payment receipt with new one. Please take a note that I have already paid RPRF back on 22/1/2016

Don't worry. Until it's BGIP, nothing is started. Gcms has no value.
