Need help in selecting correct province for PNP program.

Hi Team,

My CRS score is 384 (application submitted on (29th May 18) due to which I am not qualifying for express entry because of which I am looking for PNP program. I have researched and explored all the PNP options available on canadaexpressentry.org but need some clarity for selecting the correct one.

Details are as follows:
=4years bachelors degree equivalency from WES.
=Approx 6years of work experience in computer networking.
=IELTS S,R,W=7 and L=7.5, overall=7.
=29years old (16 Oct 1988)
=No job offer in Canada.
=No blood relation but cousins, uncles, aunts and friends are in different regions of Canada.


My queries are:
-Which provinces are currently open and offering invitation, or have a good scope to get opened in next few weeks?
-Which provinces can I apply for (based on my qualification and profile)?
-Is it mandate to have a friend or relative in Manitoba to apply for PNP?
-Is it mandate to submit only the latest IELTS report in application?

Any help will be highly appreciable.

I think I am meeting all requirements for Saskatchewan but not sure if I need Licensure or not.
If yes, how can I obtain one?
I am working with one of the reputed MNCs in India.

Apply for license just now. Cips license takes about 6 months.
You can apply for sinp ( if open) without getting it but have to present later.

Which certification do we need to apply in CIPS (ISP/ITCP) and what is the usual time for SINP process (just in case i get the invitation early as compare to CIP)?
What kind of questions does it contain?

In that case , until you submit the license SINP WILL not provide Nomination . Hold it
