My kids applications was approved also on May 18th. Didn’t recieve the card yet. I am in Vancouver.

Yes I have received my card. It was approved on 17th. I was also in Vancouver.

We already linked our PR cards with CIC account , its showing Approved for me and my kid but still submitted stage for my wife ? any one face this issue

We are in the same boat. I got photo request from me but nothing for my wife and daughter. I have linked the profiles and all says submitted nothing chnaged since added (24th May).

Application Approved: 22-May-2018 (Approved for all 3)
PR Card Received: 28-May-2018 (Received mine and my spouse card. Waiting for my kid’s pr card)

Any ideas why i'm neither able to link mine or dependent's application to CIC Account nor check its status. I have tried several times with different options. No luck :-(
I have landed here in Toronto on 18th May 2018 along with dependents. Has the process not begun ? is that the reason i'm not able to track?

Thanks. The email for photo resubmission came on 8th May but until now we havent heard anything for my daughter’s application.

Since I’m outside canada now, I cant call the helpline number to check. I hve to wait for them to answer my web inquiry.

I sent her new pictures anyway with my spouse and i enclosed a letter of explanation, hopefully it will help.

Thanks for the update. Looks like there is quite a bit of movement in resubmitted photo processing in the recent days.

Below is the response I received yesterday from CSC for a Case Specific Enquiry.

Clearly, the agents don't seem to have accurate information on the resubmitted photo processing dates.

The agents don't have any information on the rejected/submitted/received photos. Their standard response is, "It is all within processing times."

I also have representative for my immigration application but i tried and managed to link may pr card application on gckey.

I just called up CIC, i was given standard answer that i will be receiving cards in 2 months time. As per the agent, checking status or linking Application is not available for new immigrants. Where in the forum i see a lot of folks could link/track the application status. not sure if there is a change recently.

The process starts automatically for everyone weather you are able to link your application or not.
