Why Canada? Why not another country in Europe or anywhere else in the world?

Travelled to Europe in June'17 for 7 days except our daughter as she was too small.
Which countries in Europe?
Which country issued the Schengen visa?
Did you travel as part of an organized tour?

Both are working and earning total of 80K - 85K per month
Too low. This is why I mentioned the 'Why Canada' questions

Running bank balance of 10 lacs.
Hopefully this was earned by you and your wife.... not borrowed from anyone + matches your ITRs.

Living with parents and property is in the name of mother.
Your mother's property cannot be included in your application

1) Same question another country can ask like Australia, New Zealand, US, England.
Although we want to celebrate our New Year eve under the light of NF this is the main reason and also want to spend our good time in Toronto.

So we want to travel Toronto & NF during our trip to CA

2) We have covered Paris and Switzerland. France embassy issued 30 days visa although we back from Europe is 7 days. Travelled with organized tour (Yatra.com) not enjoyed a lot that's why planning to go own this time.

3) We easily save almost 40-45K per month and per year 4-5 lac after our all expense. So we easily show that 10 lacs is our saving and it is matches with our ITR and Form 16

Yes. These are typical questions that visa officer seeks answers to.

Not sure why you have picked Newfoundland for your visit especially in winter. Toronto/Ontario have plenty to offer without traveling to NL. And, a visit of just eight days makes your intended plan to seem unrealistic.

I recommend you apply without your daughter.

Please go through this forum for suggestions before you apply. IMO, you do not have a convincing purpose of visit nor a compelling reason to visit. So do be aware before you submit any visa application.

Okay

NF means Niagara Fall (NF) not Newfoundland which is 4-5 hours from Toronto

Planning to travel 4-5 Days in Toronto and two days in Niagara Falls as I know i will not get leave for 15-20 from my office, job responsibilities

Ha ha. That's why I was wondering why you would visit NL in winter LOL

It makes perfect sense to visit Niagara Falls.

You can manage a visit to the Falls in a day trip from Toronto unless you plan to stay overnight

1. Do post the list of documents for yourself and your wife

2. Hopefully, you have prepared a detailed day-by-day plan with expense estimates

3. An 8-day visit will seem suspicious. You may want to rethink this

Thanks Bryanna for quick response

I have prepared list of documents and day-by-day plan for CA TRV (Toronto & Niagara) but its saved in my personal laptop which is kept at home and currently I am in the office.

Expenses estimate is still in process

Will share the same for your review after 0430 PM EST as that time I reach home.

Although my earlier plan was : -
Toronto (3 days) sight seeing
Then by Air to Quebec City (3 days) which take almost 2 hours
Then by Air from QC to YYZ then by bus to Niagara Fall (2 days)
Then NF to Toronto (1 day) for Shopping
3 days travel time (India to YYZ & YYZ to India) which reaches to 12 days

My office will not allow that much of leave that's the reason we have dropped Quebec City

You must include a detailed plan for each day.... where you will go sightseeing.... the expense estimates for each day, including for entry fees/ local travel/ meals, etc + hotel booking estimates, etc

Please do NOT apply for your daughter.

Unfortunately, both you and your wife have very weak applications. I don't wish to sound discouraging, I would put a less than 50% chance of a TRV approval for both of you:
1. Your employment (and income) are not strong enough to motivate a return to India

2. No immovable assets

3. Only one very short previous visit abroad as part of an organized tour

4. A very short 8 days visit to Canada which does not seem convincing as a tourist (Why would you spend significant amounts to travel/visit for just 8 days?)

I would encourage you/your wife to travel to other countries first + build up stronger ties before you apply

Hi Brayana

As per our earlier discussion, we have transferred one of our parent property in our name

So now our total Immovable Asset is 75 lacs (40 lacs in our parent name where currently we are living and 35 lacs other property which is now in our name) Movable asset is 32.50 lacs (LIC, Jewelry, Vehicle , Cash)

We have also taken CA certificate on the same

We are planning to travel 11 days i.e. 26-Dec-18 to 06-Jan-19

Is there any chance we have can get TRV approval with our daughter

Regards

As per our earlier discussion, we have transferred one of our parent property in our name
It would be evident that this has been done to create a tie to return to i.e. it is not a genuine transfer per se. It would seem like you're trying too hard to get TRVs.

So now our total Immovable Asset is 75 lacs (40 lacs in our parent name where currently we are living and 35 lacs other property which is now in our name)
Property owned by your parents cannot be included as a reason for you to return to India.

Movable asset is 32.50 lacs (LIC, Jewelry, Vehicle , Cash)
This cannot be included as funds available for your visit. No one would sell their jewelry or vehicle to fund a visit.

Cash must be accounted for as earned through legit sources + income tax paid for it.

We have also taken CA certificate on the same
The CA certificate will not help by itself. Proofs of property ownership + copies of financial investments, assets, etc must be included.

Is there any chance we have can get TRV approval with our daughter
You would have some chances of TRV approvals if you apply without your daughter.

That said, IMO, the chances of TRV approvals are quite low both for you and your wife. You would be wise if you do not apply for visas to Canada under the present circumstances

I know i am doing hard to create tie to return India. My wife dream is to see Switzerland (Which we have already done) without visiting near by countries & Niagara Fall, for which we are trying to get TRV

In front of dream there is nothing our intention in not to hide we are well settled here and Why we invest 15-20 lac by visiting other countries to fulfill our dream

Excepted

This cannot be included as funds available for your visit. No one would sell their jewelry or vehicle to fund a visit.

Cash must be accounted for as earned through legit sources + income tax paid for it.
As mentioned in our earlier communication we have around about 10 lacs cash (running balance) which is included in movable asset and its is earned by us and can be shown through IT retirn

The CA certificate will not help by itself. Proofs of property ownership + copies of financial investments, assets, etc must be included.
Excepted

That we have to think

No issue, if visa not granted then we look for United States as ultimately my wife has to view Niagara Falls which we can also see from United States
