Updated. Congrats!!Hi there, test done on April 26, last week received Oath letter. Ceremony will be on July 03. please Admin could you update. Thank you.
Updated. Congrats!!Good morning, I've got my oath ceremony scheduled for the 1st week of June. However, that was an invite to myself. According to the CIC agent that they have combined my citizenship application file to my spouse file, for a family application. For that reason, I was asked to wait for my wife to complete her test prior to the oath to be scheduled. Now, I only see 2 scenarios happening here:
1. They've already split our files into 2 individual single applicants, and I no longer need to wait for my wife to complete the test, knowing that my wife has filed her application in late December and mine was sent on October.
2. If my wife passed the test on May 30th, assuming this is a family application, she might be invited to join me to take the oath ceremony on June 06.
I love to see option 2 happening, but I don't know if that's what will happen.

Called the citizenship call centre to check the status of my application n got an email on 26th April 2018 from case processing centre saying my application was received on 4th December 2017.
I send my application from Toronto, still no news.
Please let me know if someone who has send citizenship applications after 11th October 2017 under the new citizenship rules. Please let me know if you have heard something...things like writing test, interviews or invite to ceremony.
