I went to USA for vacations for 45 days. Should I add that in the address history since I was on vacation?

Also I was in USA prior to that for 5 months to attend University semester.

Timeline:

Jaunuary to May: Attended University
July to August: Vacation

Please guide me on this. If I don't add the vacation address I don't need a police certificate, but if I do I will need to get a PCC from USA.

A PCC is now only required for countries in which you stayed for 6 months in a row. 5 months and then a month later are not consecutive.

Additionally, your vacation in the US would just count as travel.

Just to be clear, did you move out of the United States for the month of June and re-enter the United States later?
Yes. I came back to Pakistan for a month and then went back again.
