Hi,

I had collected all the documents for the spouse PR. I am confused about the submission process who need to make the submission ( principal applicant or sponsor).

Please Reply.

Thanks

What do you mean by "submit". Do the work to pull it together? Fill on the forms? Pay the fees? Post it?

It doesn't matter which person does the actual paperwork etc. As long as the correct information is provided, on the correct forms, with original signatures where required. In my case, I (the principal applicant) did virtually all of the physical work involved in the application package. Not a problem.
