Hi folks,

More updates from HKVO. I got an email today ask me to submit more documents (if not submitted), ex: copy of Hukou and copy of the bio-data page of the passport. and asked for updated 5669 (schedule A) and 5406 (additional families) form. They also asked for updated photos of my parents, and updated police certificate (which I never submitted with my original application package).

They didn’t ask for medical request, I am not sure if this is normal since I saw many of you for medical request but no PCC. I am kind of the revers.

My timeline again is shared as below:

2017/11/16 applicatiom mailed

2017/11/17 package received

2017/12/22 application linked

2018/01/02 AOR by Mississauga

2018/03/08 start processing application

2018/03/20 DM showed in eCase

2018/03/20 AOR email from HKVO

2018/03/23 receive DM email

2018/04/19 In process showed in eCase

2018/05/10 email from HKVO for additional documents

Any update from New Delhi visa office?

No, they have been sleeping for the past year. Last year they were the quickest. Someone probably said we work too fast let's be the slowest LVO even though these new applications are supposed to be fast - let us be the slowest LVO ever!

They just broke a record and are on track for winning a medal for it.

I got my mum's police certificate back in March 2017 when we were accepted in the first round of 2017. Does anyone know if they "expire" after an amount of time and need requesting again like the medical? I was approved as sponsor back in June 2017 and the application has been sitting as "App Received" ever since at the Ottawa office so i dont know how much longer they will take to get to it. It seems that they process things quite randomly looking at the number of days since application submitted looking at the spreadsheet. Sadly it doesn't appear to be first come first served.

Anyone here can tell me how long it will take to get a PCC in Toronto? and how?

I am a little bit confused about the instructions for electronic fingerprints. Many thanks.

My wife's parents' timeline is similar to yours and yesterday received the email for additional docs including IMM 5669 and PCC. Today (11 May 2018) received the email for medical request. Our VO is the same.

Thank you! LVO is Ottawa. 2 days after the exam, the account changed from action required to updated. After you read it, it changed to submitted again. No email at all.
Also online tool has a 4th line to say the ME result has been received. It remains like this.
