IQAS ECA timeline tracking

They opened 19th March packages on 26th April .... looks like they slowed down
Finally I received ECA soft copy from IQAS. ECA completion date quoted as 10th April 2018. Seems IQAS forget to email ECA soft copy post assessment.
-For Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree from Delhi University=> Canadian Equivalency: Three- year undergraduate degree program.
-For Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from SCDL, Pune=> Canadian Equivalency: Two-year Graduate diploma program.
Now I can get higher points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years". Correct me if my understanding is wrong.

I have a query. I have done Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai and 2 Yr. Executive MBA from ITM Kharghar. WES has issued ECA as "Masters from non-recognized institution". This has drastically reduced my EE points. I have already maxed on the IELTS so getting the MBA recognized is the best option as of now (apart from studying French or doing another MBA).
I would like someone to confirm the following:
1. I will collect the Sealed envelope from University of Mumbai for my Bachelors, which will include my Degree certificate too.
2. I will collect the transcripts from my MBA institution in sealed envelope.
I will add the above two envelopes in a single envelope and send the same with the application form. identity document and payment receipt to IQAS for ECA.
Also including the Academic Request form is it Mandatory.
Please provide guidance to proceed further,

Hi Akash,
Remember that the original transcripts must be sent by each institution in different sealed envelopes. The academic request forms must be inside each envelope of each institution.
You must send copy of your degree certificate/transcript into your own application package.
Therefore, it is probably not recommended that you send all envelopes together into one package. Yours should be separated from the institutions envelopes.

Thanks for the feedback. So separate envelops to be sent to IQAS. I have to work out how to ensure that the Academic request form in the envelope of each institution.
The best way to make sure that the academic request form is in the envelope is to bring it directly to the institutions. This way you can assure that the person will sign and put the form into the sealed envelope. If you can’t go yourself, try to have someone of your trust going there. That is what I did. My mom worked it out with my institutions as I do not live in my home country anymore.
btw why did you people apply with IQAS?
is it because WES did not recognize your one or more education?
I hope so otherwise WES is the fastest
I am contradicting the suggestion
I have read in this forum ( see post of last 1-2 months , see my comments and other's replies )
I will send my Docs + transcript next week all in 1 Envelope and even my Spouse's Docs + Transcript ( 2 Envelopes under 1 Big Envelope--1 postage paid) and I donot have Academic Request form -- I am convinced since others have done exactly same
1. Academic Request form is not Mandatory -- People have sent ( read in past posts) without the Form and it was accepted
2. ( read in this forum and got reply to my query in this forum only) --> I will send 1 packet : All photocopy docs + University Sealed Transcripts -- All in 1 packet ( and same for my spouse in the same 1 big packet , but inside that big envelope will put 2 separate envelopes : 1 for me , 1 for my spouse)

Please note, IQAS receives a high volume of applications every day and it may take longer than a month for IQAS to send you an email confirming the delivery of your items. IQAS is currently opening, recording and processing mail that was delivered the week of March 2th.
IQAS will provide status updates only in these three stages:
1st update: Mailed application package is received and processed by IQAS. Application package has to include: the signed application form, proof of payment, photocopies of your completed diploma / degree certificate; translations of all educational documents if they’re not in English (do not need to be certified); proof of name (such as a photocopy of a government-issued identity document) and a proof of name change (if applicable). Where official transcripts are delivered, but no signed application form is received and processed, the first status update will not be emailed to you.
2nd update: All official transcript(s) are received from the issuing institution(s). This update is provided only after all transcripts are received, processed and recorded. For applications with multiple transcripts, IQAS will not provide a status update per delivery of each individual transcript. Further, where official transcripts are delivered, but no signed application form is received and processed, the first status update will be delayed until the application package arrives.
3rd update: Assessment is complete. An electronic copy of the assessment is sent to the email address on the application form.

I need your suggestion. As ECA is taking so long. I am getting tensed whether I even will get masters equivalency or not.
