Fraud by Canadian person

Hi Everyone this is my first post here and am appealing to all forumites for any help or suggestion
Situation :
Last year i got married with person having PR of Canada and his family based in India.
He cheated me..he was already married and then divorced but he and his family did not tell our family regarding this.
Also he did not had job at that time but he said he is working with reputed bank in Canada.
After marriage he said i would like to move in different province for our better future.
From last 1 year he don't have job.
So i was sending him money from here.
Now suddenly he has blocked me and my family from all his social networks and he and his family are not ready to talk with us.
And for some wage reason he is withdrawing my application and convert to parents sponsorship..is that possible?

I have 2 questions.
1) We have applied for spousal visa which is under process.So how can i legally take action so that he cannot again do any sponsorship and cheat any other girl ?

2)He is not ready to talk or come to India.How can i complaint to Canadian government about this fraud?

Yes - he is entitled to withdraw the application to sponsor you. Whether or not he sponsors you for PR is entirely his choice. No one can force him to sponsor you.

If you feel that he has committed immigration fraud, then you would have to report it following these procedures:

If you want to get any of your money back then you would need to hire a lawyer in Canada to pursue this issue through family court.

As mentioned he is free to cancel your spousal sponsorship, that is entirely his decision.

He can't convert the app to sponsor his parents, as that type of app is completely different He would need to have income for 3 years to qualify to sponsor his parents, but sounds like he may not qualify for this. If he doesn't qualify to sponsor his parents, then he would be ineligible. But again this is entirely separate from your own app or situation.

Doubtful there is any action to take to prevent him from sponsoring a future spouse, as it doesn't appear like any immigration fraud was committed. You can certainly complain to IRCC if you want, but you'll have no way to follow up on if they actually do anything.

For divorce related issues, as mentioned you need a family law/divorce lawyer as this has nothing to do with immigration.

Apply for a divorce and move on with your life.

Yes he did this things to me just because he knows i would have no other option..

I need help ..there should be some way to get him punish for cheating 2 girls and ruining life so easily

You can report him to the Canadian immigration fraud phone number/email that he is marrying women for immigration in exchange for money. Unfortunately this won't help you situation but may flag his file for any future sponsorships. It seems like you may have willingly entered the marriage because of the possibility of immigration which isn't allowed and is referred to as a marriage of convenience. As others have suggested you are unlikely to get any money back and you should divorce and try to move on. Getting a lawyers seems futile since he doesn't seem to have any money, you willingly gave him the money as his spouse and lawyers fees will be costly. I'm sorry this happened to you.

I don't understand the illegal things he did. Cheating is not a crime. As we mentioned, this is not an immigration issue.

"Canada" can't help you. For anything related to divorce or financial related issues, you'll need to contact a lawyer.

Didn't sound like this was a case of the applicant paying PR simply to sponsor them. They seemed to actually get genuinely married, but then he later changed his mind and wanted to separate.

Paying in the form of dowry and financial support she has been sending him for the past year. Yes they got married but doesn't seem that the families knew much about each other. Didn't know about past marriage, that he was unemployed. Why would she marry this guy except because he is a Canadian PR. One of the big concerns is that he is withdrawing her sponsorship.

I don't want to immigrate Canada nor want money i want to punish him for wrong things he did to me and my family..he also has abused my family i am not able to handle this

What did he do wrong? He is allowed not to sponsor you or not to move forward with the marriage. There is nothing criminal here unless he promised immigration in exchange for money. It's an unfortunate situation but not sure what you want done.

Our marriage was genuine..i didn't marry him for Canada..
When he didn't had job i convinced him to come back to India.
He said yes and he was about to in February but suddenly what happened to him he blocked me from every social network and not ready to talk
