Can old job offer letter work?

Hi all. So I have been invited to apply and in putting my application together, I realize the system is requesting a job offer letter in addition to my Canadian job (that I used to claim points for skilled work in Canada) experience letter as well as an employment letter. The problem is that I've only had this same job for my entire work permit (almost two years) and I do not have a new job offer. I misinterpreted the job offer question when I was filling out my express entry profile. They asked if I had a job offer and I said yes because I'm currently employed and (wrongly) assumed that meant I have a job offer. I'm on a PGWP, so I did not get any points for the job offer and therefore I wasn't expecting to have to include a job offer letter. Is there any way to fix this error now? Should I just include my original job offer which is dated 2016, along with my proof of employment letter and experience letter?

I'm also confused about the difference between the employment letter and experience letter since I am still working with the same employer and the experience letter details my contract end date. How does the employment letter differ from the experience letter?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on both of my queries. Thanks in advance.

if you are certain that it does not affect your points or eligibility, you can either upload the old letter or upload a letter of explanation about your mistake. Doesn't make any difference which you choose.

How does the employment letter differ from the experience letter?

There is no difference, two different names for the same thing. Technically, employment letter would be for a current job, and experience letter could be for current or past job. In practical terms (i.e, what IRCC requires), there is no difference.

I have a similar situation. So is it sure that the earlier Job offer letter on which I am presently working is not considered as a job offer for CEC class?
Can some one explain how a Job offer for CEC should look like? Can the same company issue another letter refering the original Job offer ?

It is only a valid job offer if supported in most cases by an LMIA. Your job might be exempt from an LMIA. Currently being employed and working is not the same as having a valid job offer. Please see below for the requirements of a job offer. Most times, saying you have a valid job offer will give you points. Your profile will be recalculated to make sure it meets the appropriate cut off score for that round.
