Hi

congrats once again :)

What was your VO ?

Regards

Gary
Thanks again.
VO is Ottawa.

@Nobatia yipeee so happy for you.... congratulations!!

Hope you’ve sent that resignation already :D
Thanks CANPRI!
Actually I have not; my colleague is on leave and I decided to wait until they come back before resigning officially, so they can have enough time to find a replacement.
Just doing them a final favor to leave on a positive note.

I actually got another PPR email not too long after the initial one. Strange isn't it? o_O
The people at the VFS global office saw both and asked around for a while before deciding to take the latest one.

Don't know what to think of that!

Hello fellow December AORs

I tried to keep myself patient and care free about my ppr processing, but can't hold it anymore :( I am planning for a long international travel beginning early June, and desperately want to have my ppr by then. Since my application is in post 6 months period, do you guys know if there is any effective way to ask CIC what is going on?

Here is my timeline

AOR: 3-Dec-2017
Medical Passed: 14-Dec-2017
IP2: 27-Feb-2017 (I didn't know about IP2, so the first i heard about IP2 and checked my status is IP2 was late late February)
Additional Documents: never asked for - current status: We do not need additional documents.
Country of Citizenship: Iran
Country of Residency: Iran

Thanks

You can email them or order your gcms notes to track your application. But gcms will take 30 days whereas they will reply to your email within 10 days. Or u could directly call them as well.

Hi All,

Apologies for being so late in providing an update here, I was a bit busy with work and all the other application related formalities.

I received my PPR on 27/04/2018. (The letter mentioned 26/04/2018, but I received the email on 27/04/2018).

Timeline as below:

AOR - 18/12/2017
Med passed - 04/01/2018
IP1 - 04/01/2018
IP2 - 27/02/2018
PPR - 27/04/2018
Passport submitted - 03/05/2018
CoPR - Waiting!

Thank you everyone for your constant support & encouragement. I would be writing a post at length in a few days with regards to all the things I have learnt from my experiences. Hoping that it would help someone out there in the same situation as me.

Thank you @CANPRI @sidroy09 @Nobatia , you all have unknowingly helped me a lot. Goodluck in your future endeavours! I hope our paths cross soon somewhere in Canada.

On a final note, have you all received your CoPR yet, when did you all submit your passports?

Regards,

HKV

I've just received my GCMS notes (under 30 days) and they are 85 pages long!?!?

I don't understand most of it, but there are some "recommend pass" in it and it states they confirmed points for work experience in Canada and back home, education in Canada and back home, medical passed, English test, age, fee paid, etc. Gonna post it later, so you guys have an idea.
