Hi guys,I am interested in the PNP program for Canada immigration. I have given my IELTS with an overall score of 7. A consultancy approached me saying that i am eligible for the same as my criteria meets the eligibility. But now all of a sudden they saying i need to give my IELTS again to improve my score. time and again before i made my half payment i asked about whether i need to give ielts but their reply was not required. Also in the checklist needed to be sent to WES they have mentioned 10th & 12th marksheet photocopies.
Are these required??
Kindly suggest . advice needed on the same.

Hey!, i went through a similar situation back in 2014, when i first applied. Initially the consultants told me just give IELTS, and provide the necessary documents, which i did in 2 months time, and later after submitting my profile for EE, they came back saying ill need to improve my scores, provide this and that, which delayed my application and led me to just forget about immigration to Canada.

However i have recently submitted my application again, but with knowledge on how much i need to get in IELTS just to have my CRS score above 400(which is a requirement for both Ontario and British Columbia), so the trick is you need a minimum scoring as L8,R7,W7,S8 which would help boost your over all CRS score via IELTS. Listening part is very important, which helps gain more points for, rest is your education, and age.

Once you have a CRS above 400 you are eleigible to apply for PNP for Ontario HCP, if you have a score more than 441 currently) you can easily be picked from the EE pool, cause the recent cut off was at 441 and is expected to go more low(fingers crossed)

Hope the above info helps. Also always take a second opinion, there are many different consultants who can help you out, and this forum is great.
