I agree with Bluetruck... and most importantly they want to see that you have been working towards the goal/career that you say you want to pursue after the course in Canada

Yes that must be mentioned in SOP. I took Proj management which has no relation with my previous technical studies or current job, which is my main cause of refusal. But if i say I want to study management due to ever needing skill in current era, what is problem in that? Why did they refuse because of this reason?

Yes sir i will get gcms notes. About sop, my consultant refused me to take copy of it. Just i can read it there and give back. So i don't have exact copy of it but the highliged points i wrote were main.

I will advise you to stick with something related to your previous course/field then when you get there you can easily change your course/field of study otherwise if you apply again on sometime outside your course/field/work experience you MIGHT get refused again for course irrelevance

Don't go for management again go for something in the scope of engineering

I am not satisfied applicant is a Bona Fied student who would depart Canada at the end of the authorized day.

You don't always have to listen to your consultant. Tell him what you are interested in. And what is so confidential in the SOP. If you are paying then he shud give you a copy.

so they want strong proof which can convince them that you will leave canada after studies as you are already highly qualified and you also have job in india...consult with such candidates who have got visa on the profile like you. it will help you a lot.

People like my profile are rare and i don't know any as most people are bachelor degree holders. But that's all VO want that I've to leave canada? Then why did he write about previous studies/ employment etc

no this course does not relate anywhere. but yes, i submitted employment proofs.

Hello All

I completed my masters in CSE in the year 2014(degree mentions the completion year as 2013) and had been working since 2014 as Assistant Prof in CSE department with only gap in the year 2016.

I have got conditional offer letter for Post Graduate Diploma in Project Mgmt and Strategic Leadership from Lambton college (ontario).

My concern is with visa approval for this course. Although the consultants I applied through are quite sure that things will work out with approving of visa but I'm getting concerned with it because of my teaching career.

Please give your views on it and if I should ask my consultant to apply for another course as well. Anyone with the same profile applying for the same course, plz comment.
