If it is a recognised course then it should be equivalent to a masters in Canada. However You will have to apply to WES and see for yourself.

You mean to say GNDU is not in the list of institutions on WES website? This can’t be true....please check again.

You can still proceed with ECA, However the result would state “ from an unrecognised institution”

Perhaps try IQAS?
