Does anybody have the same situation like mine?

Yes, it happened it me.
My status changed to updated and then submitted.
When i called CIC to confirm, they told me that my Eligibility is passed.

Nope, they told me that it's in process.

after the update, next day i got the Pre-arrival email.
May be you will get that too.

September 30 2016 submitted,
Additional documents requested in Feb 2017,
upfront medical done October 2017, still received MR on December 17 2017,
officers are lazy asses, passed my ME on March 20th 2018, then my account was updated on April 16, agent told me the security was done, waiting for final review, bring forward date is May 1st,
then May 1st PPR received.

In your case it seems to be Security or Background Check Passed, I got Updated on MyCIC on April 19 & CIC agent informed me my Security has been cleared and waiting for final decision.. Hope you get PPR soon.. Good Luck!
