Passport Sent: April 24, 2018
Passport Delivered to CPC Ottawa (day2): April 25, 2018
PR application details in MyCIC changed to Approved: April 26, 2018
Return Tracker Activated Date: (Fedex) April 27, 2018
COPR delivered: April 30, 208

Things are flowing. What's next? 4-6 weeks waiting for the card to arrive?

Next Step is Landing in Canada for the Interview at port of Entry (still deciding when to go).
Then 4-6 weeks for the card to arrive at a Canadian address.

There was definitely a lot of progress being made on December applications this past month. I have a feeling we're about to see the same happen for this month too, stay positive.
