Hi,
I submitted my EE Permanent Residency application (uploaded all documents, paid the fees, got my letters of Acknowledgement of Receipt and Confirmation of Online Application Transmission) and now I get a new Online Application on my account, marked as Not Submitted and with a countdown of 54 days.
As you can see, this new application doesn't even have a number assigned. Is it normal for EE to start a new application for you?
Also when I click on "Continue Application" it Takes me to a page that says "Your results" and lists the programs under which I am elegible. But when I click "Continue" I get this:
Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:HGXHYV26 (2018-04-29 16:35:39)
Sorry
This on-line service is currently not available.
Possible reasons::
I have tried different browsers and incognito windows but I'm not able to go past this. I thought this would be some routine maintenance but it's been more than a day and upon checking on the IRCC twitter account I could see no mention of their services being down.
Could anyone please help me?
