I received it at 12.45 am in the night as per Canadian PST time

No idea. Assuming that might be automated system generated email due to 12.45 am is the exact time when i applied a month ago on 29th march. So i think might be they have something that system will automatically send email when it passed exact 30days of application.

I applied paper application on 7April ..still processing. I think online application take more time

Online Applications are bit faster in processing trust me.
