hey, when u filled the IMM5744 form for consent from PA. is section 1 sponsors info, section 2 is PA info, and leave 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 blank?

You know....i think i did it compleeeeeetely wrong because i didnt pay $5. I think i requested notes under the privacy act and i am guessing that isnt right. Confused

I keep meaning to go back on and try and do it the right way!

Due to USA PCC processing application times, I had got an extension to submit it till 19th March 2018.
But my that application to FBI got rejected hence had to re-apply so sent CIC another LOE stating there could be a delay.
But FBI’s eDO was pretty quick for the second time and I got the Identity check report with the above-mentioned deadline and sent it electronically to CIC.
After that, I had got their reply confirming they received the documents and that they have forwarded it to the responsible office.
But all this happened almost a month ago now.

How much time do you think till I hear back any updates from CIC after all the above steps are done? Can anyone advise whether application processing time is affected if they give an extension to submit documents?

Currently, on myCIC account, it is showing that "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" for Review of eligibility. Remaining 2 3 are "in-process and will notify once we start" stage.

Your timeline seems pretty normal to me. The extension probably delayed you a little bit, but you seem to be at the phase where IRCC is silent for a while while they wait to open your file and finalize everything.

You're definitely within the 12-month processing window still so calling IRCC may not give you any answers. However, you could still try calling and asking whether the PCC was received properly and added to the file, or if they are still waiting for any other documents.

i had sent them an email also to inquire about application. got the exact same above response from agent NXR today 17 days after initial email. i dont know what i was expecting. lol.

Actually I received an email around 23-Nov-2017 asking for the Schedule A form. And I submitted that form after two days.

My application processing started on 3-Jan-2018 @ LVO

On 23-Feb-2018 LVO, Review of additional documents STATUS changed to we are reviewing the additional documents... provided

Does anyone has a similar situation before?

We never got a notification. Nor did it ever show up online. It may depend on which VO you are being processed at.

Well aa i see ur case started processing in london on feb 5th the same as mine!
Ive beeb seeing my account gcket often and for a month now it says add docs required and med results requested:/ however i havnt got any message or email pn my account. I sent a webform inquiry today regarding these points on gckey.
Like if med is required i should get an e mail at least but uts been like that for a month now really odd:/

But no matter what info I put in the form, the CIC website always says no application was found.
