What’s the deal with the FSW and CEC.
I have 1.5 years of work experience and will be changing jobs in a completely different qualifying NOC.
When I calculate my FSW points, it shows 66 with a 1 year experience.
Education: 21 points
Language: 24 points
Age: 12 points
Work experience: 9 (assuming 1 year)
Overall, 66 points.
My question is, does it matter if I have 1 year of CONTINUOUS work experience in a NOC and then change my NOC and not complete a 2 year work experience of my first NOC, but still count it as qualifying.
If I have 2 years of experience in one noc, it will increase my points by 2 and will qualify. If I don’t have it, it only will count it as one. I am only referring to FSW for the minimum of 67 points.
I can’t get my head around it.
If I have 1.5 years experience + 6 months in another NOC, would that qualify me as 2 years of work experience in FSW.
