That's normal. It randomly changes at times. Nothing major unless you get an email or letter.

My online tool today had some update:

1. We received xxx’s application for permanent residence on November 17, 2017.

2. We sent xxx correspondence acknowledging xxx’s application on March 20, 2018.

3. We start processing xxx’s application on April 19, 2018.

#3 above is the newly added message. And the status changed from Application received to In Progress.

yes they are doing 2014-2017 in the same time, i'm waiting PPR already 9 mon!
