Did the CIC stop issuing ppr? I haven't seen any ppr request in the last 3 days?

People applied in aug 2017 getting ppr I don’t know whats happening with our application ? Here is timeline for an applicant who got ppr today :
Aplication recieved on 28 aug 2017
Aor 3rd oct
upfront medicals 6th oct
Medicals(case specific form) on 2nd feb 2018
Medicals passed on 14 th Feb
Pre arrivals 19th april

I don't think that is the PPR. It is just the pre-arrival letter.
However, from what I have observed that applicants who submitted on later 2017 get MR much faster than us.

Hello every I got my PPR yesterday!!! same day that i got Invitation to Pre-arrival services, i thought i will be another few months waiting but yeah I GOT PPR!!! now the process is really faster. I just want to cheer everybody up have faith ur PPR is coming VERY SOON!!!!
Here is my time line:
MPNP paper based inland application
application submitted on august 28,2017
AOR on october 3,2017
medical request on March 23, 2018
medical passed on April 1, 2018
Invitation to Pre-arrival services on April 19, 2018
PPR ON APRIL 19, 2018

I waited only 6months since AOR...... it's so fast i still cannot believe i applied on PAPER BASE. (NOT EE)
No more 18 months friends!!!

Congratulation!!
However this doesn't mean the process is faster now, I have friends who applied in March and April 2017, and they have already landed.
As you know, officially CIC is saying they complete the 20% of applications within 11 months, and rest of 80% in 18 months,
So I suppose you are falling into that lucky 20%.

You are seriously lucky my friend, I applied in January of 2017 and my medical still hasn't passed, congrats!

No PPR! I didn't call cic, some people experienced the same and got prr after a week or so. It'll come anyway...we just have to be more patient. From Alberta.

Yesterday April 19, few of the applicants got ppr. What about you?
