To qualify for a work permit, you first need to get full time job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer must get an approved LMIA.

You'll have to apply for jobs through reputable job sites such as indeed, linkedin, workopolis. Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers who are willing to go through the LMIA process.

Now, if you have eligible work experience, education, and fluency in English and you'd like to migrate to Canada as a skilled worker, you can try to apply for permanent residence through Express Entry.

However, if you can't handle bluntness, you're not going to like it in Canada/North America.

As scylla said, it's virtually impossible to find a job in Canada that allows you to come and work while you are physically outside of Canada.
You can either apply directly for PR if you meet the requirements, or you can apply to attend a school and look for work after graduation.
