I will renew mine next month and i checked the processin time is 15 days Toronto location

Mine was submitted yesterday and my dependent was last week ( medical done outside Canada ), checked on line tool medical results received.

Nope.

You are inland applicant right? Almost all inlanders of Apr 17 got MR. How come you are pending?

march 13 app still no Mr. Agent confirms that they doing bg check and would send out Mr soon. Not sure should I conduct an upfront med check instead of endless waiting? seems my situation seems rare in this forum. anybody got some ideas?

I suggest waiting for the MR than doing an upfront as it might cause you more trouble than to just actually waiting for MR. Patience is your bestfriend when it comes to cic applications.
