PGWP refund

I applied PGWP in Feb and got approved in Mar.
I applied online and paid $255 for this application, but recently found that CIC refunded me $100 to my credit card...
It is so weird...I don't know what to do. I tried calling CIC, but it never got through...
Has anyone met similar situation before? Hope someone can give me some suggestions...Thanks!

I would check there isn't any conditions on your PGWP.

I would check there isn't any conditions on your PGWP.

I checked, it is an open work permit and there is no special conditions.
