Gandang araw po sa lahat...i have a question po dun sa mga nagsubmit ng letter of explanation in their reapplication for student visa..okay lng po ba na i mention ung naresiv na ill-advise from your consultant na pwedeng gamitin ung 8mth old na bank certificate..I was informed kasi ng consultant namin na accepted xa so i decided to go ahead with my application..but then it was rejected due to financial reason..

I will re apply kasi next month when we go for vacation..I am an OFW from KSA..i wont be mentioning the name of the consultant kasi marami dn naman clang na help sa akin but un lng kasi, i felt talaga na they bungled my application by telling me na okey ang bank certificate ko...I have no one to authorize kasi na mag transact sa bank for a new certificate kasi all my family arein the province and ung bank ko sa bdo is in Makati..and with BDO kasi, if u request for bank certificate dapat sa granch where ur account is maintained..that particular bank certificatewas requested by me during our last vacation sa pinas na i submitted sa consultant namin before coming back here..

I was wondering if someone here ismay ganitong experience and then what did they explained in the Lettr of Explanation...my finances are enough but un lng, i was not fully assisted by my consultant on what documents to provide to support my money in the bank..mas marami pa akong natututunan from here compared to them..

And lastly po, how long po ba dapat ang tagal ng bank certificate, will it be okay if 1month xa?

Mga 1 month yata yung result after bayaran yung assessment fee. Hindi DFA aunthenticated yung docs ko. Pero authenticated by PAO.

Colored photocopy lang and then may parang printed part sa likod stating na certified true copy signed by a lawyer sa Public Attorneys Office. Hindi stamp lang. Parang maikling letter sa every likod ng every page. Pagpunta ko sa PAO, sila nagbigay ng template to be printed sa back of each page. Hindi na ako nagpastamp sa school. I’m not sure if nag iba ang requirements nila ngayon. This was last year pa kasi.

Meron na ako approval after a month and then asking for deposit before sa LOA. Depende din sa program. May mga programs na matagal yung result. BusAd yung sa akin.

usually, kasama sa school yung medical insurance. In my case, aside from tuition fees, kasama na din ang medical insurance sa kanila during the course of study.

not an expert to this but will answer your question based from my research, I have yet to secure my Study Permit and will lodge my application next month, i will be doing it DIY.. regarding sa bank certificate, wala naman talagang basis kung gaano katagal ang validity ng bank statement but always (like any other documents that you will submit for your Study Permit) is to use the latest/ recent one. The funds must be able to cover your expenses (tuition, rent, etc) Always have a good LOE. kung ok naman sa funds, baka sa ibang criteria ka nag alangan. remember in your application, you must "convince" the visa officer about your plans. like after your study, you will return to your home country, other factors such home ties, properties, business in the Philippines will strengthen that your initial plan is not to migrate to Canada after.

Sino po ang nag apply under SDS. Pwede po kayang ang husband ko na nasa Canada ang magbayad ng 1 yr tuition fee then GIC po ay from Philippines, wire transfer.
Kailangan din po ba ng SOP at Study Plan. Magkaiba pa po ba yon
