I do NOT know how the sequence of the application processing is going by agents........many Dec. applicants got their PR and still Sep, Oct, Nov.....stillllllll waiting!!!!!!!!

I complaint a lot as well, but my security check is not conducted by IRCC, nothing they can control now.

It should be less than 6 month old photo . And should have stamp where it was taken and date on back of the photo

I dont know how the CIC works. Many of the Oct, Nov and Dec applicants are pending and they started sending PPR's to Jan applicants.

It doesn't depend on the app time, but rather on the office, the agent, and extensive security check. Thus they keep saying "suggestive" 18 months processing time.

For me I changed ratio 115% worked for me.
