My file was In process since March 16. Yesterday I got finger print letter for myself and wife . I went to Commissionaires office.My application is "in process'.i received the letter,it was indeed the FP.

If they've sent you the request then YES, it is mandatory. Over the course of your processing, you might or might not get a request for Fingerprinting! All depends on your application and if anyone else is there in the system with the same name as yours. Just remember that if you have come this far, you can do anythingHello,
