seems that processing time wording (NA1, MEP, IP1, NA2, IP2 ....) has changed slightly.
now NA2 is combined with IP1. Eligibility requirements are also done at IP1 stage.
Can you please share the source of information that NA2 is now combined with IP1? Since alot of Feb and March applicants seem to be stuck in IP1 stage.

There is no source for any such information. Even the old trend (NA1, MEP, IP1, NA2, IP2, NA3, PPR) is NOT a valid trend approved by CIC. It was just the pattern from MAJORITY of applicants.
Therefore patterns are withdrawn from people's cases. That's how we guess the changes.

Hi,
Is there any concrete source for this information r this is just a guess? Even we are at IP1 stage although some online sources says that it should change to NA2 in few hours or few days. We are not yet asked for additional documents.
I answered the similar question, you can find in this page.

Hello House, based on the experiences of most of us on this group (most stuck on IP1) can one know if our applications have been moved from Central Intake Office to Visa Office. I have a friend who has been stuck on IP1 for months only for him to request for GCMS notes and find out that he has issues with his NOC and POF. I want to be sure if one can get an idea if applications have moved from CIO to VO

I do not know if it makes any sense or answers your question. I contacted CIC on 19-03-2018 to request which Visa office was processing my application. On 27-03-2018 I received the following reply " Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We are pleased to confirm that the information you provided was transferred to the Case Processing Center in Ottawa. If you would like to contact the responsible office directly in the future, you may find the contact information for the Case Processing Centre inenquiry , Ontario, on our website. We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."
My MED was on March 09, and since then I am also stuck on IP1, despite such reply from CIC.
So I believe that have been moved to VOs. I think VO in this case is the VO where my application is processed, even though I am a FSW-O applicant.
Please correct me if I am wron in that

Order GCMS notes or call IRCC and talk to agent and ask which office is currently processing your application. Please be aware that you will have to wait for approx 20 to 30 mins before your call is received by an agent. So make sure you have enough credit.
