It's very stressful. Everything very quick & clean while processing in ca. But once transferd here in sl everything confused. It's our married life.

We applied March 31st 2017 and medical request September 2017 .

@jacksanu yes sponsor needs income. if you can prove it then don't have to worry. thats why VO asking pay stubs and employment letters

yes my wife conduct mp office but they are said wait two weeks ? after that they can inquire about our decision made
really frustrating ? again why they cant understand our tears ?

Don't worry Yoge, I know being away from our spouses is a hard thing to do. You've waited many months, you only have few days left. So use this time to take advantage of what our homeland has to offer.

Finally I got a email from embassy it’s a refusal letter reson is marriage not genuine
How they know our marriage is not genuine
Mmmmmmm really upset
I think they want to learn more about to find out marriage fraudulent god know about us
I gave everything in god hand
I pray and wish you all the best for getting there visa soon thanks for all help to me

If you have a lawyer, contact them immediately. Has you wife visited you in the mean time of this process? If so send in her travel information. Any receipts of restaurants, gifts, etc. I hope this helps Yoge, I’m so sorry to hear about this!

Sorry I was away. my wife did remedical on April 2nd and passed. Waiting for PPR request. @mayaN_1 how long is the visa valid for?
